This one is not anywhere near cruddy. This guy has 4 small areas which would be about VS2, if they were the only one. These are dispersed One is a small carbon spot. Since they are all so small you need to search for a moment with the magnifying jeweler's loupe to find them. It's totally eye clean. CUT  This is a Pear Brilliant- and quite brilliant it is. The diamond looks fairly large- for being 3/4 of a carat. The color is rated by GIA as "Fancy Intense Yellow". This one certainly leans toward vivid yellow. Bright yellow. The hue is completely pure.  Please feel free to refer to your new Pear diamond as a "Canary"!  At .71carats, this is a three quarter carat diamond. Fancy Intense Yellow is a relatively expensive diamond. I'd say the average price for a well cut Fancy Intense Pear Shape would be roughly the same price as a D/VS2. We love Fancy Colors.
