The Diamond

This is a lovely diamond. I picked it based on visual beauty. The Strong Blue Fluorescence really gives the diamond a Chameleon-like personality. Look at her from behind

Turn her over and..

It's almost like it's a totally different diamond.

Here- look at these photos- first, one taken in dim lighting

Then, a moment later, taking the diamond out from under the desk, allowing normal room lighting

Then under a fluorescent diamond light- "activating" the strong blue.

From where I sit, this is an awesome diamond to own. GIA graded the cut as "Very Good"- which, considering the color- makes this a very rare diamond.

In the video below, you see the diamond in all different lighting environments. Sometimes it looks colorless- other times it looks quite yellow

 

 

One of a kind Halo Ring

There's a story behind this ring. It was originally made for a 2.25carat Faint Pink Diamond( shown below)

That particular pink diamond was sold, they buyer requesting a solitaire for the stone.

Hence this ring.

I was looking at the ring for months trying to decide what to put in it.

I'm quite pleased with the results.

We changed the prongs from Pink gold, to Yellow
