How much will my new diamond appraise for? |

I like the fact that the
prices of Fancy Colored Diamonds seem far more related to the actual appearance.
Sometimes a "Fancy Deep" does not have a lot of brilliance due to the depth of
color. If a stone is not all that attractive, and it gets this same grade, it
would be worth half, or less, than this one.
The fact that this stone
projects this deep Orangy Yellow Color so brightly is remarkable.

It's not cut like many
colorless diamonds- the goals are different when cutting for color. Besides the
remarkable brilliance of color, the cut is also why it looks quite large for
it's .72cts. Possibly as large as some one carat stones you may see.

The SI1 imperfection is not
visible naked eye, but I can see it in the photo directly above in the lower
right hand corner. A tiny cloud and crystal combo. Faint, even in this super
close up photo.
I can picture this stone looking
amazing in a 3 stone ring
Or a halo ring
