Here is a gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring. The sapphire is a  gorgeous cushion, described as "Ceylon Blue" by the company that we got it from. I have no reason to doubt them, based on the amazing color of this gem. The photos give you the idea. It's far more vibrant in person. Incredibly vivid blue- with a lot of sparkle. Not a trace of purple, or grey. The stone is natural-although we assume it was heated.


The setting is stunning in itself as well. It is reminiscent of royalty and was made in honor of the original Princess Diana ring - coinciding perfectly with the Royal Wedding of her eldest. We intentionally chose "super sized" diamonds for the halo, giving for a total of 1.51ctw of diamonds. This is a remarkable ring in person. A very classic and beautiful look!

The Sapphire on the left is quite a nice one. Believe it or not, in this particular case, the Sapphire on the left had a higher price than the stone on the right- which is the stone I chose. It's making it's new owner very happy as you read this.
