Let's start with the star of the show, the 1.05 Emerald Cut Diamond.

This diamond was graded I/VVS2 by GIA. 

The pair shown below is this diamond, and a second GIA graded 1.05 I/VVS-  the stones were perfect match- but we broke up the pair....

1) We NEVER  list items for $1 just to pull them at the last moment- or use alternate identities to protect prices. You've got to ask yourself- if a jewelry company has a 25 carat diamond necklace would they actually risk it in a $1 no reserve auction without some way to get out if they don't like the price?

2) If a diamond we carry has a lab report, it's going to be a GIA report.  We do not use the term certified, as GIA does not like the use of this term with regard to the document they produce. They are very efficient at grading diamonds, and that is what they do. The term "certify" has legal implications that do not apply to the grading of a diamond.
