These shots are all of the actual 2.76 loose diamond- they give you a very good idea of the color.
It's a wonderful cut- great sparkle and life- very lively from across the room.
I love what I do, and part of the reason, is that I have the opportunity, and ability to treat people as I'd want to be treated. We never nickel and dime you. Notice that there are sellers that offer stones of similar size- without GIA reports.
Some have lesser labs' reports- If we sent this diamond to any other lab, besides GIA, it could likely get a grade anywhere from Fancy Light Yellow, right up thru Fancy Intense Yellow. There are many sellers who would call this diamond a "Canary"- and use non GIA reports to prove it.
We don't do that- GIA graded this diamond loose- it's U-V Color- Light Yellow, as GIA terms U-V ( on a the color origin report)
That's the reason the cutter ( a great friend) asked GIA for the color origin report.
This GIA product is a trimmed down version of the "full" report. The advantage our friend sees is that on a full report U0V is described as "U-V color Range" As opposed to the description on this report " U-V range, Light Yellow, Natural Color " - which he thinks sounds better. Of course it really does not matter to your insurance company- they will accept our Identification Report.
The ring is a gorgeous affair- it's large- spreading both across, and North South along your finger.
The bullets have a wonderful shield shape.
Hmmmmm- maybe they are shields??
The good thing about my job is that the exact name of these side diamonds is actually not a hard fact- I mean GIA would call them something- but in the real world we can call them "Brilliant Bullets"
The ring is designed to accept the side stones beautifully. it's substantial, without being overwhelming.
